Music Bug classes are perfect for your little ones who want to explore the wonderful world of sensory and music. Claire, who runs Music Bugs sessions in Sheffield, is so passionate to create fun and engaging sessions to suit newborn through to pre-school. Music Bugs is award winning and has mums, dads and carers talking about it… are you looking to try something new? Here’s a little more about why you should consider Music Bugs.
At Music Bugs, it is all about having fun and exploring music together in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Classes are gently structured and play-based where children can develop, grow and have fun in a multi-sensory environment.
How long are classes? Classes are a full 40 minutes packed of excitement with a huge variety of props including puppets, parachutes, pom poms, bubbles, scarves, teddies, hobby horses and lots of tactile percussion instruments.
Songs and musical activities include nursery rhymes, counting songs, finger-play rhymes, knee bouncers and action songs.
Music bugs are award-winning classes which have been recommended by health visitors and Early Years specialists. Benefits for your child taking these classes include developing their confidence, coordination, fine and gross motor skills, early literacy and numeracy skills, speech and language skills, independence and social skills.
Music Bugs classes in Sheffield
Claire runs popular Music Bugs across Sheffield for newborn babies up to pre-school children and their grown-ups. Sessions are currently in Hillsborough, Ranmoor and Ecclesall.
Claire says… “I have my own lively little boy, who I love to sing and dance with. He has always loved attending classes with me and so I really wanted to help others enjoy them with their little ones, too.
I recognise the impact that music and dance has on early child development. Music Bugs will help to enhance and develop your child’s use and understanding of language and communication, numeracy, fine and gross motor skills and encourage them to socialise, gain confidence and make friends”.
