Park Library in Sheffield is very close to the city centre and is a great little place for children. Our usual library is the children’s central library, but this is a nice alternative with great facilities.
Where is Park Library, Sheffield and what is close by?
This library is 5 minutes away from Ponds Forge International Swimming Centre, Mega Kids indoor play centre, Sheffield train station, Norfolk Heritage Park, Sheffield Manor Lodge & Farm, and city centre. There is lots to do in the area, so this can easily be part of a day out.
Why not go to the park after, visit the farm, go train-spotting or have fun in the toddler pool at ponds forge? Megakidz do great toddler groups which include breakfast snacks & singing time, read about that here.
A visit to a local library is a really nice idea for something free and relaxing to do with your kids. This library is one of our favourites due to the facilities, how quiet it is and the selection of books and toys.
